A daytime kitchen with a real menu
We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch from 8am to 4pm, featuring free-range chicken and eggs, sustainably sourced fish and shellfish, and market-fresh vegetables. Nearly everything is made in house, from the salsa verde and horchata to the gelato and the maple butter.
That means the people who work here learn real technique, and they are home by evening. We promote from within, and we invest in training those who want to grow into lead and management roles within our organization.
